㈜파마리서치는 정품인증 이벤트를 위해 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령에 따라 아래와 같이 개인정보 및 고유식별정보를 수집·이용하고, 그 처리 업무를 위탁합니다.

귀하의 여권번호는 개인을 고유하게 구별하기 위해 부여된 '고유식별정보'에 해당하여, 「개인정보 보호법」 에 따라 별도의 동의를 받고 있습니다.
(Your passport number is 'unique identification information' assigned to uniquely identify you, and we are obtaining separate consent for its processing in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.)

• 활용 목적 (Purpose): 리쥬란 정품 구매 여부를 확인하기 위하여 개인정보를 활용합니다.
• To verify the authenticity of the passport number and identify whether the individual is a foreign national staying in Korea
• 활용 항목 (Item): 이름(Name), 여권번호 (Passport number), 국가(Nation), 생년월일(Day of Birth), 시술병원 코드(Code of the Clinic), 성별(Gender), 방문목적(A visiting route), 유입경로(Inflow route), 최근 시술 정보(Concurrent procedures)
• 보유 및 이용 기간 (Retention period): 정품 인증일로부터 이벤트 종료시까지 보유할 수 있으며 이벤트 종료시 지체 없이 파기합니다.
(Retention period): Retained from the date of authentication until the end of the event, and destroyed without delay upon event completion.
• 동의 거부 권리 및 불이익 (Right to refuse & Disadvantage): 귀하는 위 개인정보 및 고유식별정보 수집·이용에 대한 동의를 거부할 권리가 있습니다. 다만, 동의를 거부하실 경우 이벤트 리워드 제공이 제한될 수 있습니다.

당사는 원활한 정품 인증 서비스 제공을 위해 개인정보보호법에 따라 아래와 같이 개인정보 처리 업무를 위탁하고 있습니다.
(To provide a seamless authentication service, PharmaResearch Co., Ltd. entrust the processing of personal information as follows, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.)

• 위탁받는 자 (Trustee) : 기웅정보통신 (Giwoong Information & Communications)
• 위탁 목적 (Purpose of Entrustment) : 여권번호 진위 확인 및 한국 체류 여부 식별 (Operation of the system for verifying passport number authenticity and Korean residency status)
• 위탁할 개인정보의 범위 (Scope of Personal Information to be Entrusted): 여권 번호 (passport number), 생년월일(Day of Birth), 국적(Nation)
• 위탁받은 자의 개인정보 보유 및 이용 기간 (Retention and Use Period by Trustee) : 위탁업무 기간 동안 보유 및 이용 (Retained and used during the entrustment period)
